About dola idowu:

I am an experienced Business analyst who specializes in health and social care. Ten years combined. Proficient in using ms tools and other analysis tools.

Experience

I am an experienced NHS Informatics Business Analyst with  years of experience working in healthcare, on  complex IT business change projects within the NHS and Public Sector.

My career has spanned the Royal Army Medical Corps (RAMC) and the NHS. Having worked as a Clinician, in primary, secondary and acute settings in roles from an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), up to as a Senior Cardiac Physiologist, now as a Senior Business Analyst.

I have played   prominent roles  in designing processes, change management and solutions that made delivery of care more effective, efficient and user friendly for both patients and clinicians.

In light of COVID-19, when there was  renewed emphasis on virtual consultation where possible, that was part of my work.

I successfully  uplifted the  outpatient clinic outcome e-forms and helped redesign the process such that clinics are run remotely where  possible and clinic setting is documented (face to face / telephone / video) for audit, reporting and planning purposes.

I have been instrumental in helping configure and, or improve electronic healthcare record systems like Cerner millennium, PPM+, Care director, EPIC-Hive, EPMA to name a few. My role has spanned Senior level leadership within health and social care to make sure that services are seamless across board. From the council to social services, GP and equipment services.
