I am a hard worker with good communication skills who works effectively in a team and has the ability to meet deadlines. I am a people person and I’m looking for a new challenge where i can use my existing skills and further develop my career.

I also have a driving licence so I’m willing to travel for work or wile working.

I have Experience in managing a team from my previous job and from one of my courses I did at school which one of the tasks was managing a team and performing in front of an audience.

Finishing, body work and paining

At stormking I start with sanding down the former to have perfect surface for the filler, I put the filler on on any imperfections, then I sand down the filler to allow for a prefect smooth finish,

After the dormer is perfect, I pain it with the correct paint to a perfect finished product.

Finishing and body work.

I do body work on Dormers, from prepping them and sanding them, to using body filler and sanding it down to smooth and perfect finish. My job is to trim any un needed excess of a dormer than cut lead for the dormer, install it on to the Dormer with foam insulation padding,

Than sand down the imperfection which than I fill in with body filler, wait on it to dry, sand down the body filler with 80 grit to 120 grit to than 240 grit sand paper for perfect finish after that, sent the dormer to the spray booth where it gets sprayed.

Trim Health & Safety

· Understanding correct PPE to use based on Material data sheets for chemicals being used including RPE (Respiratory Protective Equipment) to avoid exposure to harmful chemicals and dust.

· Ensuring LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) was in good working condition to extract all dust particles from the trimming operation

· Fire awareness and safety

· Ergonomics, proper lifting techniques to reduce injuries

· Safe waste disposal of chemicals, to prevent environmental contamination

· Pre use checks, ensuring all tooling was in good condition before use.

Quality

· Ensure cutting equipment is in good condition to prevent poor trim lines and rough edges

· Ensuring environment was dust free

· Understanding poor trimming can cause re-work or scrap

· Understand inspection of the skin and rectify and issues immediately.
