Dominika Zajac

I’m a 23 year old with nearly 3 years of experience in care as well as live in care. 
I‘m really passionate about my job as i do not see another job role for me, I feel like my job completes me and makes me feel needed by clients.  
My most important skills that I use and that I master are: Positive attitude, being calm and cheerful when things go wrong,  communication skills and that’s listening and speaking, team work working in smaller or larger group. Iam also willing to Learn new skills and ways of working, as that would also improve thinking skills like problem solving or decision making as there’s always room to learn more in every kind of job role
