I am a dedicated healthcare and well-being professional with experience across various supportive and caring roles. Currently, I work as a social prescriber in a general practice, helping individuals improve their well-being through tailored support. My background includes working in rehabilitation as a well-being support worker, in hospitals as a healthcare assistant and maternity support worker, and training as a midwife. I also have experience supporting vulnerable adults with visual impairments and other disabilities. Throughout my career, I have been committed to empowering individuals, promoting holistic well-being, and providing compassionate care.
