My name is Dylan, I’m 18 years old and have been working for some time along side studying at college.. I can offer my determination, problem solving and team working skills to help out tackle any situation presented In front of me and other colleagues if they need assistance and to progress up the career path and achieve my goals for my future. My goal is to become successful and be a key employee in your business and will strive to my absolute best to ensure this. Skills I have that would be useful for the role is good and clear communication with customers and colleagues, the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, working well as a team and independently and honesty and ability to assist and help customer needs. I have been disciplined in the martial art of karate, which I participated and trained in for 7 years, achieve a brown belt. This discipline and determination will carry over into the job role and will show and demonstrate my ability to not give up on a task and put maximum effort to ensure its completed to standard. I have work experience at LBBC technologies for school, which I developed an engineering drawing of a locking mechanism for a commercial furnace on a computer, which I have advanced knowledge of. I have dedication and will arrive on time every time and perform to my absolute best. I also have work experience at Greggs working from 3rd of July 2021-current performing roles such customer service, cleaning, speaking to customers about enquiries, banking and oven use. I have arrived on time/early every day I've been there and worked to full performance and demonstrated the ability to work in busy environments and quiet environments as well as ensuring independent tasks are complete. I've been able to help out my colleagues in tasks they need putting priorities first over the secondary jobs. I have also had experience at home bargains ranging from October 2021-december 2021 as part time help for Christmas, multitasking the customers needs and to get there queries answered and getting the job in hand completed. I have been able to stock, rotate stock and condense if necessary quite well as well as showing a pleasant display to customers and working well as a team and independently. Driven personnel with a background in sales, customer service and operations management across diverse industries. Highly skilled at fostering relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention while improving satisfaction levels.
