I am a Disputes and Fraud Chargeback Analyst currently working for Sainsburys Bank. I am passionate about my job and my role in helping protect consumers' rights in the card payments sector. I am hardworking and constantly looking to grow and evolve.

As a Disputes and Fraud Chargeback Analyst, these are my primary responsibilities:

• Investigating and analyzing card payment disputes through the framework of the Mastercard Chargeback guidelines to reach a resolution.
• Advising cardholders on disputes processes and ensuring all evidence and efforts required by the Mastercard guidelines are provided and followed.
• Evaluating Re-presentments from merchants and raising pre-arbitrations if needed.

I am a first class graduate of the LLB law program at the University of Buckingham(2022-2023)
