PUMA UKI Performance Merchandiser - Teamsport - April 2023 - April 2025

A keen member of the UKI Merchandising team, responsible for driving growth and innovation within the Teamsports Footwear and Equipment BU, alongside spearheading the Sportstyle Accessories BU, covering all GTM milestones for the UKI subsidiary. Working cross-functionally with Global and UKI stakeholders to drive profitability, market share, and excitement across both the Teamsports and Sportstyle BU’s, aligning to the over-arching seasonal Strategic Objectives, Budgets, and GTM Strategy. PUMA Merchandising lead for key brand partnerships with the English Football League (EFL), and English Premier League (EPL). Long standing relationships within the EFL and EPL, alongside an authentic reputation, and a 360 depth in product enables smooth working partnerships with both internal stakeholders and strategic clients, to create GTM launches that align to both PUMA and our partner objectives.

  • Partnership Management: Long-standing strong relationships with the EFL has resulted in a new PUMA partnership with the EPL. The foundation of trust and loyalty established with the EFL, and pre-existing relationships with EPL stakeholders has provided ease with onboarding this exciting partnership, and product roll-out. 
  • Partner Product Management: Working cross-functionally with PUMA design teams to bring exciting product to market, aligned with the Partner direction, and managing the GTM process for highly confidential projects.
  • Teamsport UKI GTM Lead: UKI lead for all Teamsports Critical Path and GTM Milestones; Global presentations, feedback, and cross-functional alignment to execute seasonal initiatives and launch product. Created a UKI working group, united with UKI Sales and Marketing to define and execute seasonal launch product, aligned to Partner Strategic Plans, and BU Strategic Objectives. Implemented new systems and ways of working to drive change, progressing PUMA Teamsports within the market, aligning to Global BU targets.
  • Relationships: Continued investment in pivotal relationships with partners, industry peers, and internal stakeholders. Close working relationships with Strategic and Lighthouse accounts, ensuring trust and development for all milestones, goals, and new opportunities. 
  • Direct Report: Supervised and mentored a junior member of our team, transitioning from a data analysis position into spearheading a product category. Support, guidance, and building confidence throughout all GTM milestones.

PUMA UKI Merchandiser - November 2019 - April 2023

Thriving within team culture, alongside a keen interest in product, strategic partnerships, and competitor/ market activity. Responsible for working directly with UKI Strategic and Lighthouse accounts to grow the PUMA Teamsports market share. 

  • UKI Lead for Teamsports FTW, EQT, and Sportstyle ACC: From innovation to GTM execution, full ownership of developing and launching PUMA UKI’s assortments, aligned to seasonal budgets and margins expectations. Regular presenting to the wider Global business to propose key UKI market opportunities, supplying local feedback on Global initiatives, presenting to all UKI Strategic and Lighthouse accounts. 
  • Product Development: Lead on all SMU projects, proactively spotting gaps and taking ownership to liaise with key stakeholders to action and create margin rich product to drive market share. Established a new continuity franchise for PUMA UKI’s largest Strategic Partner, generating key growth YoY
  • Critical Path Management: Taking ownership of the entire critical path for each BU; milestone planning, aligning all cross functional stakeholders to ensure seasonal objectives are achieved, on-time, and launched with impact        
  • Data Analysis: Excelling in data analysis and competitor/ account marketplace knowledge; Power BI, Edited, Networking. Driving margin analysis, range building, pricing architecture, end-consumer profiles, and accessing historical data to best drive PUMA UKI assortments competitively, and with data to steer direction for future product innovation.
  • Relationships: Built and maintained very strong internal and external relationships, notably with key Partners; investing directly with owners, buyers, and marketers across PUMA UKI’s top Strategic and Lighthouse Accounts. Established trust across pivotal partners, and within PUMA Global, resulting in being the key point of contact for all Teamsport departments within the business.

Cobra PUMA Golf Key Account & Merchandise Assistant UK - July 2012 - November 2019

  • Seasonal Footwear, Apparel, Accessories, and Hardware UKI Range Selections, aligned to Budgets, SKU efficiency, and margin targets.
  •  Built strong relationships with Key Accounts across territory, supporting Account Managers in every GTM milestone. 
  • Product and technical presentations to Key/ Strategic Accounts at each seasonal sell-in. 
  • Built monthly Data Analysis packs for Senior Leadership Team.
