I am a dedicated Sports Therapist/MSK Therapist with extensive experience working across both professional sport and clinical settings. I have treated a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, supporting individuals from the immediate post-operative stage, through to full return-to-sport performance. My practice is grounded in evidence-based rehabilitation, with a strong emphasis on tailoring treatment plans to meet each individual’s needs and goals. Passionate about optimising recovery, enhancing performance and promoting long-term wellbeing, I am now seeking new employment opportunities where I can contribute my skills, knowledge and enthusiasm within a progressive team.

October 2024- present: Lead Sports therapist- Performance Ready Sports therapy

• Assessed, diagnosed, and treated a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries.
• Delivered comprehensive rehabilitation for injuries including bicep ruptures, meniscal tears, and a range of muscle strains.
• Designed and implemented tailored rehabilitation programmes to support safe return to sport and optimal performance.

August 2023-January 2024- Sports therapist- Altrincham Football Club 

• Provided pre- and post-match training, massage treatment, and sports taping.
• Delivered immediate pitch-side medical treatment.
• Led gym and pitch-based rehabilitation sessions for players at varying injury recovery stages.
• Worked with conditions such as ACL injuries, Achilles tendinopathy, meniscectomy recovery, pubis osteitis, and ATFL tears.

July 2024- Sports therapist- Ilkley Rugby Union

• Delivered pre- and post-match massage treatment to players.
• Applied strapping and sports taping for joint stability (ankles, knees, shoulders, elbows).
• Assisted the lead therapist in immediate first aid, including managing concussions and suspected fractures.

September 2021- May 2024- Student Sports Therapist- Leeds Beckett Injury Clinic

• Assessed and diagnosed a variety of upper and lower body sports injuries.
• Provided massage therapy, TENS treatment, and prescribed rehabilitation exercises.
• Maintained detailed and professional-standard medical records.
