About Egli Petta:

                                                                                           June 2023

To whom it may concern,

I am extremely interested in applying for a role of Visitor Services Operations Manager as I am motivated to work both independently and as part of a team.

I have a gallery and museum background with experience coordinating operational teams within a fast-paced environment. I have excellent organisation and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage various tasks whilst also responding to the daily operational requirements of the gallery expectations as well as to remain calm under pressure. I am comfortable handling a wide range of gallery tasks, particularly drawn to exhibitions and artist research in liaison with other members of staff.

From my most recent role at the Frieze Art Fair I have charged with exhibition logistics and dealt with domestic and international institutions in that vein.
I have carried out various gallery management tasks, client communications, and diary management during my role in Saatchi Gallery.

Alongside a strong focus on safety and leadership, I have a positive attitude with excellent customer service offered to all our visitors including both customers with the highest quality at all times.

I have excellent communication  skills with diplomatic and sensitive approach in dealing with a wide range of people from the general public to artists and lenders and good knowledge of London based and global arts. Always be trustworthy and confident.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours sincerely,

E. Petta
