I have a background in providing excellent consumer and employee experience. As an ‘in-store trainer' for a retail flagship, I have been involved in recruiting, onboarding, and upskilling of a team of 80-100 at any one time. I also have experience organising and hosting customer focused events in the fast paced environment of Oxford Street in London.

I have experience in recruiting and onboarding. 

I have presented workshops to groups of up to 25 people and have provided more specific 1:1 training when necessary. 

I have evaluated and developed progression plans for 80+ employees, with regualr check-ins.

I achieved a grade 1st in my BSc Psychology of Fashion at University of the Arts, London.
