Experienced compliance officer, with a level 2 qualification in Equality and Diversity. Experience in recruitment sifting and interviewing. Previously an accredited investigator and have also dealt with complaint & whistleblowing investigations and resolution.

  • Review and assess the input into regulated activity across the Society.
  • Carrying out effective monitoring of both transactional activities and thematic reviews in line with the annual Compliance Monitoring Programme of regulated activity and FCA regulations.
  • Monitoring any point at which the Society has an input into regulated activity, including but not limited to; administration, operations, customer services, branding,
  • Engaging and working collaboratively with all first-line areas and taking a risk-based approach to assess compliance with policy and process.
  • Present findings to managers, board appointees and stakeholders. Pointing out our compliance risks and ideas to implement change.
