I have recently graduated with a First in Sport and Exercise Science from The Manchester Metropolitan University and moved back to Colchester perminantly. I am on the hunt for a part-time job either in hospitality or retail as this is where my tenures have all been in.

I bring extensive experience in the hospitality and retail industry, spanning several years, alongside comprehensive training in hosting, waitressing, bartending, and safety protocols. My adaptable nature enables me to readily acquire and excel in new skills. Committed to fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere, I consistently prioritize customer satisfaction, aiming to cultivate lasting positive impressions that encourage repeat visits.

Recently graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University with a First in Sport and Exercise Science,  I am a hardworking, ambitious individual with hopes to make a difference in the sporting industry. Through my student career I have worked closely alongside lecturers, peers and various staff members fulfilling an undergraduate project in 'The Effects of Glucose-Fructose Co-ingestion on Performance Across Prolonged Soccer-Specific Exercise.'
