  • Excellent multi-tasker with high capacity of improvisation and problem solving.  
  • Thorough working knowledge of Food Safety, Food Allergens, Hygiene legislation and guidelines. 
  • Skilled in multiple areas ranging from marketing, sales, product development, designing product materials, hiring and training staff, events operations, decorating venues, food preparation, silver serving, venue site control and closing premises.  
  • A quick learner with an inquisitive mind, committed to pursuing personal development, completing host of courses on fine dining and delivery of exceptional service to clients. 
  • Excellent communicator with a strong sense of responsibility and leadership, 
  • Effective Microsoft Office and CRM user
  • speak various languages (Spanish, English, Italian & French)
