I am an approachable compassionate professional who always endeavour to understand the underlying causes that lead clients to suffer, exploring with them their inner feelings and emotions until we find what is relevant to change their lives for better. By being empathic, authentic, and bounded by ethical principles, I provide clients with a non- judgemental, confidential and safe environment which encourages them to feel free to be themselves.

My integrative training allows me to choose the counselling modality that best fits to my clients’ necessities, considering the nature of their issues and uniqueness of each one of them. I offer talking therapy in English and Portuguese to a very diverse clientele presenting a wild range of complexities. I can work with clients in short term as well as long term therapy, optimising the time allocated for us in order to achieve the best outcome possible. I also work as an assessor, a position that enables me to learn and improve my skills as a therapist due to the challenges I eventually face with these potential clients.
