Graphic Communication Student

I started a degree in Graphic Communication / Design

in 2023 to relaunch my career into my lifelong love and

hobby - art. I have been able to undertake a great many

of amazing workshops and acquire a vast number of skills

along the way in my first year including bookbinding,

letterpress, screen printing, paper making, stop motion

animation, glass cutting and Adobe Suite (InDesign,

Photoshop, Illustrator, XD etc.).

Senior Horticultural Salesperson

This role saw me responsible for all plant sales for a

garden landscaping business that turned over £1 million

pounds worth of sales annually. Strategising with the

Director of Plants on sales methodology and designing

and executing the marketing strategy for our department

were two of the main roles I undertook during this time.

Working in a team of 4, we shared responsibility for all

phone calls, emails and physical customers for a very

busy garden centre. I was also responsible for cashing

up, technical assistance, phone operations and opening

and closing the retail section of the garden centre.
