Over 15 years’ experience working within the learning and development, change and transformation arena, from Trainer to L&D leadership. Experience in implementing strategy and organisational development initiatives, leading cultural change and facilitating learning interventions at all levels in organisations across the public and private sectors leading to improved employee performance and engagement. I possess L&D expertise across a wide range of disciplines, including sales, leadership and management, change management, coaching and other soft skills. With a wealth of leadership and project management experience, I am always at home when on my feet, facilitating the learning and development of others.
