Experience

I am a strategic business advisor and mentor with a strong track record of supporting CICs, sole traders, and community-led enterprises. My work focuses on helping founders grow their organisations through business development, funding strategies, and governance support. I lead export readiness initiatives, advise on international trade logistics, and coach entrepreneurs in wellness, cultural arts, and youth development. I also help build inclusive, sustainable business models and serve as a trusted guide in board leadership and community engagement.

I hold a range of vocational and adult education qualifications, including:

  • Certificate in Teaching Adult Learners (Micro Teaching Stage 1)
  • City & Guilds 7303 in Further & Adult Education Teachers Certificate (Stage 1)
  • Diploma in Small Business Management
  • Vocational Assessor (D32 & D33) and Internal Verifier (D34)
  • BTEC Level 4 NVQ in Management
  • BTEC National Certificate in Business & Finance
  • Level 2 Certificate in Equality & Diversity
  • QA Level 3 in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF)
