From what I gathered from colleagues, friends and family I would often get described as a charismatic and hardworking individual who strives to uphold my morals within my personal and professional life. I like to believe I'm easily approachable and pay close attention to detail to people whether it be a client or a friend/colleague. As an individual I strive in being a positive person, I’d like to instil that kind of approach in people around me to help them work better.

I am a fast learner, at my time at Metro Bank I had to make myself familiar with different systems and banking software to provide service to clients. I am well equipped with Microsoft Office, in bound and outbound calls, good sense of communication, report writing and punctual with time driven tasks.

solutions to keep afloat. Working within agency led assignments

on a Zero hour contract basis.

PERSONAL BANKING CONSULTANT, METRO BANK.

• Provide personalised and efficient service to bank customers,

addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall

satisfaction. Building rapport with customers and providing

them with impartial and informed guidance on products and

services tailored to their needs

• Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to

streamline processes and enhance overall service quality.

• Using banking and finance software to conduct credit and

AML checks to process customer applications and issuing

lending to personal and business customers

CASHIER, METRO BANK.• Executed financial transactions efficiently, ensuring

compliance with regulatory requirements. Handling over 100

daily cash and cheques transactions efficiently to minimise

risk

• Conducted cash transactions, maintained accurate records,

and balanced cash tills/drawers daily. Performing cash,

cheque, and electronic payment reconciliation by the end

of day

• Training and upskilling new colleagues with cashiering

procedures.

BUSINESS BANKING OFFICER, METRO BANK.

• Cultivating and overseeing business connections that led to

achieving the highest upselling figures for invoice and asset

finance products within my region. Training and mentoring

new recruits

• Overseeing the complete client onboarding process for

businesses, ensuring adherence to established bank

procedures and regulatory standards such as KYC/AML

procedures.

• Serving as the main contact for businesses regarding digital

banking, lending, and various general inquiries.

DEC 2021 – JULY 2023, EVENT PORTER, MiCrew

• Undertaking diverse physical tasks to ensure the seamless

execution of events. This includes.

• Setting up and dismantling event spaces, assisting with the

transportation of equipment, and providing general support

guaranteeing the efficient flow of activities.

• Collaborating alongside colleagues to ensure a well-

organized and visually appealing event environment for the

event of the day (eg. Prada fashion openings, ASOS

showcasing, etc.)

NOV 2020 – FEB 2021, WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE, WINCANTON

(SAINSBURYS)• After my time with Mach recruitment agency, I was able to

get re-hired at one of the clients which was Wincanton –

Sainsburys branch. Due to my experience within the

warehouse already, I was a fit candidate to them and was

able to learn my way around a lot quicker. My tasks

were similar to the previous position I had, with the addition of

helping and supporting new employees alongside me.

JULY 2019 – March 2020, WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE, MACH

RECRUITMENT

• During my time with Mach Recruitment, I was tasked with

receiving, storing and picking stock items from point A to

point B. Working in warehouses such as Sainsbury's (Freezer

and chilled) and Pets at Home, this provided me more with a

sense of timing, working in tight deadlines and initiative. Self-

motivation was key in working for these places, being able to

take directions allowed me to be more customer focused.

NOV 2017 – AUG 2018, TEAM MEMBER, GREGGS

• Providing excellent customer service, this includes.

• Receiving orders, assembling food items and packaging for

customers.

• Dealing with customers, I honed my patience, especially

when facing repetitive orders or customers exhibiting

impatience.

• Making sure Greggs complied with their regulation standards

• Additionally, I took on the responsibility of maintaining a clean

and sanitary kitchen environment to guarantee food was

served uncontaminated.

JUN 2016 – AUG 2017, PERSONAL ASSISTANT, ARIES & ASSOCIATES• Arranging customer appointments and drafting contracts for

those interested in quantity surveying services.

• The contract -writing process enhanced my ability to focus on

intricate details

• Additionally, I captured site images and measurements for

various sections, contributing to the construction budget with

a heightened emphasis on precision and accuracy
