Emily Rycroft

My name is Emily and I am 19 years old. I would describe myself as a social butterfly who loves experiencing new things. This year I have been on a gap year and travelled around Asia and Australia; it has been the best encounter of my life. 

I started work at 16 in a popular cafe in Colwick, which I worked at for just over a year. The role included tasks like prepping food, making a selection of drinks and coffees, working behind the till and serving customers. I have since worked at the Motorpoint arena in Nottingham as a member of bar staff, serving drinks at a fast pace. Most recently I was a waitress at Temola restaurant in Nottingham city centre where I worked, again, for just over a year. After my gap year this year, I am now looking for work over the summer. 

I attended Carlton le willows sixth form, graduating in June of 2023. I studied Maths, psychology and sports science.
