Erhan Turkurer

Erhan is a multilingual (English, Turkish) Data & Analytics and ESG ERP implementation (Workiva certified) consultant who has over 8 years of client-facing experience managing projects for clients across various industries whilst working for professional services firms such as EY (current) and PwC (former). 

He is currently part of Ernst and Young’s (EY) Assurance line of service working within the Financial Accounting and Assurance Services team and has experience in delivering business intelligence (Power BI) reporting and analytics capabilities and ESG ERP implementation (Workiva) solutions through Agile project management methodologies and tools. 

He also possesses various certifications such as, MS Power BI (DA-100), Prince 2 (Practitioner), Workiva ESG Specialization, Workiva Data Management Suite, and Workiva Platform Certification.

Erhan is a multilingual Senior Engagement Manager with over a decade of Big 4 consulting experience, specializing in Data & Analytics, ERP implementation, and financial reporting across diverse industries. Currently at EY in London, Erhan leads strategic delivery of automated financial reporting and ESG solutions, managing cross-functional teams and driving transformation for major clients in utilities and consumer goods. He has a proven track record in implementing business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Azure, Alteryx), streamlining reporting cycles, and leading change management for technology adoption. Erhan’s expertise spans stakeholder management, commercial governance, and project delivery, with a strong focus on sustainable practices, team development, and measurable business impact. His career includes leadership roles at PwC and EY, where he consistently delivered results in high-pressure environments and built lasting client relationships.

Erhan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Business/Management from the Belk College of Business, University of North Carolina at Charlotte, USA. He also earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Kocaeli State University in Istanbul, Turkey. In addition to his academic credentials, Erhan is certified in MS Power BI (DA-100), Prince2 Practitioner, and Workiva ESG Specialization, further strengthening his expertise in analytics, project management, and sustainability reporting.
