• Conducted independent respiratory assessments and delivered appropriate treatment interventions.
• Liaised effectively with the multidisciplinary team to discuss patient goals, progress and ongoing treatment plans.

Warrington Wolves RLFC (June 2024)

• Assisted in training and rehabilitation sessions for both academy and first team players, including providing sports massage. 
• Gained insight into the broader scope of physiotherapy within a professional sports team, including managing player injuries and supporting on match days.

NHS Community Neuro and Stroke Team Wigan (May 2024)

• Travelled to patient’s homes to carry out assessments and deliver treatment for a range of neurological conditions. 
• Effectively managed time to complete clinical documentation promptly and ensure punctuality for subsequent appointments. 
• Actively participated in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to discussions on complex cases and collaborative care planning. 

NHS Paediatric Complex Needs Salford (April 2024)

• Participated in and independently led hydrotherapy sessions for children with complex needs. 
• Collaborated closely with parents to discuss therapy goals and provide feedback on daily session outcomes within the school setting. 

NHS Community React Team Urgent Care Wigan (March 2024)

• Conducted functional assessments in patient’s homes and successfully initiated onward referrals to other clinical areas or for the appropriate equipment modification. 
• Identified red flags and raised safeguarding concerns when necessary to ensure patient safety. 
• Responded to community ambulance calls for elderly falls, helping to reduce ambulance wait times and provide timely support to patient.
