Esme Phillips

I have been working in the customer service industry since the age of 16.   I joined my current employer in the summer of 2020 after initially joining on a temporary contract to support the 119 roll out. i progressed quickly up the ranks and have been a project training manager for the last year and took charge of all admin tasks for the job role. i love the admin side of things and have a lot of enthusiasm, im also very good at handling fast paces enviroments and im always up for a challenge.

customer service enviroments since i was 16 and the last two years been in a managment role for teams and as a project training manager, i am also a duty manager for a night club but have focused on adminstartive work the last year
