About Esther Mackenzie:

I am a fourth year university student at the University of Aberdeen. I am passionate about social and environmental change as well as understanding global inequalities. I have work experience in a variety of fields including non-profits, law, childcare, and hospitality. I hold skills in SPSS and Excel and speak French at an advanced level. 

Experience

I interned for Footprints Africa in 2021 and co-authored their Regenerative Agriculture Report. I waitressed and bartended at the Red Lion Pub in Penn for the past three summers. Finally, I helped run a childcare service during the Covid-19 Pandemic for nine months and interned at Mansfield Law LLC for five months in 2017. 

Education

I currently study Politics and International Relations at the University of Aberdeen. I hold a high school diploma from Burr and Burton Academy.
