Ethan Jones

I am a confident and sociable person and I like meeting new people. I take pride in how I present myself and I like to think of myself as an individual. I am very outgoing and I enjoy being a part of and contributing to a team.

In my role as a customer assistant, I have gained extensive experience in delivering excellent customer service. I ensure that the customer is made to feel welcome, I process the transaction efficiently, I respond to any questions or concerns that they may have. I have also got considerable experience including the stocking of shelves and responding to customer queries. I particularly enjoy building relationships with regular customers to make them feel special, and am proud to have received highly positive customer feedback on multiple occasions.

I am currently studying the design and manufacturing of Jewellery as an A-level equivalent. I am learning how to design, produce and sell pieces of jewellery.
