I am a seasoned Quality and Safety Leader with more than seven years of management experience, specialising in regulatory compliance, incident and complaint management, and maintaining assurance in accordance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards. My expertise also extends to operational and tactical leadership within both healthcare and emergency services environments.
As the current National Head of Quality Assurance & Feedback at St John Ambulance, I have established the organisation’s inaugural Quality & Safety Framework and led several quality assurance initiatives, including managing CQC inspections, conducting clinical audits, and overseeing the implementation of new quality management systems.
Education
My educational qualifications include GCSEs and a National Diploma in Early Years Education, complemented by extensive training in patient safety, incident investigation, and mandatory healthcare compliance courses.
