• identify and report maintenance issues
• make sure that my work meets the standards set down by employer • set up restaurant for morning breakfast
• wipe down tables+set up cutlery
• ensuring that the guests are experiencing the best service

• closing down kitchen and setting up restaurant for afternoon/evening • setting up coffee machine
