I have over 8 years of experience in managing, supervising and training customer service teams and in liaising with sales teams across several different industries (such as the fashion, publishing and motor industries). During my career, I have been responsible for designing and implementing customer service platforms as well as creating and successfully implementing initiatives to improve the customer team productivity and quality. I have also mastered solid technical skills in customer relationship management software (CRM) and customer support and sales platforms like Zendesk and Twilio and Typerform.
