I am independent and strong willed, I love learning and attaining new skills that I can grow from. I am a people person and love to talk and help people and am always willing and up for a challenge. Empathy and understanding are some of my strong points which really enable me to give great customer service 

I have worked 2 sales jobs. One predominantly online and the other face to face / retail and am used to working towards targets / being target driven. I am able to hold conversations with customers and build raport. 

I completed a business administration apprenticeship in 2023 obtaining a distinction as my final grade and worked very hard to achieve this grade. I studied along side working full time
