Having worked in a variety of commercial and operational roles, I have extensive experience across tour operations, airlines, and e-commerce. I’m now looking for a position where I can apply the wide range of transferable skills I’ve developed throughout my career — from commercial and merchandising to sales, planning, and account management. I’m open to opportunities across different industries where I can contribute my experience, add value, and continue learning and developing new skills.

With over 15 years of experience across the commercial functions of tour operations and digital retail, I’ve developed a strong blend of analytical, strategic, and operational skillsets. 

Throughout my career, I’ve built a strong foundation in digital trading /merchandising, pricing, and account management — always focused on improving performance.

Having worked in both tour operations and retail, I understand how to connect customer needs with commercial strategy, using insight and data to drive growth. I’m now looking to move into a role that blends commercial and operational focus — where I can apply my experience, contribute to business performance, and continue to develop in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.
