Business Process Specialist / Analyst with an MBA and a strong track record improving operational performance through data-led analysis, reporting automation, and cross-functional delivery. Business Process Specialist / Analyst with experience in the NHS and cross-sector roles spanning operations, project support, and performance reporting. Skilled in analysing end-to-end workflows, identifying inefficiencies and control gaps, and implementing practical process improvements that enhance accuracy, turnaround times, and stakeholder outcomes.


 

Strong data capability with advanced Excel (automation, complex formulas, reconciliations, and data quality checks) and Power BI/dashboarding to monitor KPIs, uncover trends, and support evidence-based decision-making. Experienced in translating business needs into clear requirements, producing structured documentation, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver sustainable improvements.


 

Known for attention to detail, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset combining analytical rigour with strong coordination and communication to drive measurable operational impact.


 

Education

I hold an MBA in Business Administration (2024) and a BSc in Economics (2019), which have built my strategic, analytical, and commercial foundation. I also completed a Strategic Management & Leadership Practice (Level 7) qualification, strengthening my ability to drive performance improvement and support change.


 

I’m certified in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), and I use it to map and improve end-to-end processes. I also have strong data analysis capability, using advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL to clean and validate data, build dashboards and KPI reports, analyse trends, and translate insights into practical operational improvements.
