As Operations & Finance Director, I’ve led complex portfolios spanning construction, FM, hospitality, and charitable ventures , managing everything from P&L and budgeting to team building and compliance. Fluent in both English and Italian, I negotiate bilingual contracts, oversee legal and financial frameworks, and bring strategic clarity to every deal. I’ve also provided interpreting and translation support in legal, community, and commercial settings, and continue to mentor teams, empower communities, and build businesses that last.

My education has been forged in the heat of the moment, every day on the job, for 10 years, balancing multi-million-pound P&Ls, navigating complex contracts, and leading teams that cross every boundary. Day by day, deal by deal, I’ve built knowledge from the ground up, crafting companies like an artisan shapes clay. The school of life handed me the blueprint, but I wrote the story in the trenches, turning instinct and experience into results that speak loud and clear.
