I am working and looking after of Strepsils/ Optrex packaging development projects for RB Nottingham Factory 

• Manage implementation of New Product Developments (NPDs) 

and Existing Product Developments (EPDs) on a Global scale. (UK/IE, EU, Middle East, Asia, Africa, North America and South America, America and Canada).

Major Responsibilities :.

• Raise and produce packaging specifications
• Produce BOMs (Bill of Materials) relevant to packing lines
• Manage artwork approval process.
• Managing and updating supporting source data documents
• Coordinating pre-production trials for new components and NPD’s.
• Work closely with cross functional peers including regulatory, marketing, category, R&D, factory planners, Production and procurement.
• Validation of packing lines to ensure that products can be packed to a consistent and acceptable quality standard.
• Working within the appropriate GMP standards
• Training and development of new joins 
• Leading small teams, direct line management and people development.

NPD & EPD Packaging Manager

Responsible for all NPD’s and EPD’s activities for RB Indonesia. Manage, Support and supervise packaging activities of 3 factories in 3 different locations. They are Cileungsi plant – West Java, Semarang plant – Central Java and Medan Plant – North Sumatera. Frequent travel and visiting to these 3 factories.

RBI products such as: Mosquito Coils, Dettol, Lysol, Harpic, Mortein, Airwick.

• Manage & Coordinating NPD’s and EPD’s activities for 3 factories
• Manage & Coordinating NPD’s and EPD’s activities for external markets
• Building a strong  Development team (innovative, creative & team work)
• Sett the priority project to implement
• Raise packaging SOP’s for production lines
• Managing, Supervising and Coordinating Packaging Lab activities (Packaging test and product compatibility test)
• Raise and produce packaging specs in TDS
• Work closely with marketing, procurement, production and Engineering to implement NPD’s and EPD’s
• Work closely with procurement for supplier audit selection

1. The highlight of my career is when the Rising Sun project for Pakistan was launched.
