● Managing health and safety, compliance and hygiene in areas

Controlling and monitoring the Yard Systems,  YMS systems,Excel

● Communicating with Shunters, Gatehouse Coordinators, Team Leaders 

● Managing incoming vehicles and monitoring performance ,

● Managing and control the Next Days, SLA’s, ETA’s

● Priorities vehicles in time order  

● Microsoft Office products and IT experience

● Tracking vehicle  make sure arrived on time

● Loading vehicles with Assets to the Customer’s , manifested make sure is dispatched

● Organized and well managed logistics coordination

● Administraiton, Booking vehicles/customer deliveries
