I am a dedicated and motivated Sports Management & Development graduate from the University of Portsmouth. I am a hardworking University Graduate who is self-motivated and also has the ability to learn quickly and thrive under immense pressure. I have great communication skills which I have developed through previous work experience in retail and warehouses. I have successfully combined full-time studies with part-time work and other commitments, learning the importance of organisation and time management while also being an efficient and effective individual. I have the ability to work individually or as a group to achieve the aim and objectives of any project, with advanced plans to meet deadlines, and looking in detail to find out risks and issues.

I am currently working at Enterprise and this job has given me new skills and experience. This job requires me to have skills in sales as we need to be able to sell excess to customers and be able to sell face-to-face and over the phone. Phone etiquette is important and being able to deal with complaints and making sure that the customer is completely satisfied by going above and beyond for them.

In my current role, I have been given the captaincy of cost control and this requires me to make sure that we are catching up on businesses that are in debt to us and also making sure that we are not overspending petrol/diesel on the rentals and making sure that the customers bring the fuel back like for like so that we are not losing out on any revenue. Attention to detail is very important in this role as every day is different and it is always fast-paced this requires me to multitask as some days I am dealing with customers and some days I will be dealing with the accounts that I have been assigned.  

I have recently completed my final Year of my 3-Year Degree in Sports Management & Development at the University of Portsmouth. Through my years of study, I have developed an advanced level of understanding on the importance of Sports Management and Development and how it pays an important role in the Sporting industry.
My studies have also assisted in the following:
- Advanced understanding of all aspects within Sports Management & Development
- Assessing business and commercial aspects of sport, incorporating many different areas – from finance to marketing, operations to event management and more.
- Working / liaising with all parts of a Multidisciplinary team in order to solve several problems which may arise as part of a Project
- Further study and understanding of Events management, Economic and financial decision making and Physical activity & Health
- Have the opportunity to undertake a professional project in partnership with a sport development organisation
- Ability to execute and accomplish tasks and assignments in areas outlined in the scope and analyse advanced data
