To shortly introduce myself, my name is Filippo Tatini and in the last 12 years I’ve been working as an Architect in 
several Architectural offices across Italy and the UK, developing my skills and experience through a range of diverse 
projects, from large infrastructure to interior design in different areas like Europe, China, India, and the Middle East.

In the last few years, I’ve been working as Senior Architect and Team Leader at Design International and as Lead Architect at Zaha Hadid Architects where I have been responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of several Retail and Mixed-Use projects following the design process at each stage, from Concept to Design Development.

As a result of my range of professional experiences, I’ve acquired a high comfort level in leading a team towards the 
completion of a successful design, taking care of time and resources, and looking after the coordination with consultants, contractors, and clients.

In the last three years and a half, I’ve been involved in leadership roles in several big-scale projects with a total value of above 1.5 billion dollars. As of today, all of them have been delivered on time and in accordance with Company’s high-reaching design and technical standards, fully paid and on budget.

During my career, I’ve also built strong professional relationships with several Client and Consultant representatives 
based on mutual respect and boosted by my direct engagement in coordination meetings.

I am a Design-oriented Architect strongly interested in the new development of contemporary architecture and from 
2009 to 2017, I have been teaching assistant in the pioneering Architectural Design Lab led by Professor Marino 
Moretti at the University of Florence School of Architecture, where I also held two seminars on the use of Rhinoceros 
and Grasshopper. This opportunity allowed me to learn a lot about how to bring out the very best of people and how 
to put my experience at the service of the guidance and mentorship of younger members of the staff.

I consider my life and my work as opportunities leading to personal improvement. I am a highly motivated, organization-oriented, and research-driven person and I really think I could successfully contribute to the next developments of any Company operating in the sectors of Architecture, Project Engineering, and Interior Design.
