I am flexible and able to adapt to different roles and responsibilities, as well as the ability to be flexible with different or changing shifts.

I am supportive and enjoy working with other members of a team but I am also able to work independently and make decisions due to being organised and being able to prioritise tasks.

I have experience of working in a fast paced environment where I am able to demonstrate my customer service skills managing situations in a calm manner.

I worked at Mcdonalds for three years where I gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry which is an area that I enjoy. I am confident working with members of the public, I am able to problem solve, at times I needed to manage difficult situations when a customer was dissatisfied and I needed to communicate with them to resolve the difficulty. I have experience of money transactions, taking orders and food preparation.

I also worked at the venue SWX Bristol. Due to no previous experience in bar work specifically I had to be a fast learner on the job. My role included managing and organising stock. I was required to be adaptable in my role and would take on extra duties such cloakroom management, security as well as other duties as required.

I have a Level 3 Diploma in Music Performance and Production and I am currently studying Songwriting & Music Business at Bimm University.
