About Flo von Simson:

I am in my final year at the University of Bristol and I am eager to kickstart my career in marketing and communications. I have a passion for media and trends, with a willingness to learn. I have completed a two-year internship at Bacchus PR which has given my valuable knowledge for this sector.  I am hard working and give every task my all, no matter how menial. I have excellent communication skills and good computer  knowledge.

Experience

  • Two-month long internship at Bacchus PR agency, working to assist and learn within the travel team.
  • Social media manager at St Edward’s School Oxford.
  • Worked to oversee and manage all home orders at The River Cafe shop when the restaurant itself was forced to shut during lockdown.
  • Sales assistant at luxury interior design shop Joanna Wood.
  • Sales assistant for Custom Candles over several Christmas Fair seasons. Locations included The Asthma Gift at The Hurlingham Club, The Rockbourne Fair at Salisbury Racecourse and The Pelican Cancer Foundation Newbury.
  • Front of house at newly relaunched Gastro pub, The Rose & Crown, Ashbury, Wiltshire. Duties include reception, waitressing and bar work.
  • Waitressing at the Wimbledon 2022 Championship in the Debentures Restaurant.
  • Waitressing at the Owners and Trainers Restaurant at The Cheltenham Festival.
