I spent five years working in two nursery-based settings for a firm named LEYF. For the first two years, I worked for LEYF and finished my Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship in Children and Young People's Workforce: Early Learning and Childcare. I am now a certified practitioner. Interested in a full-time job working with children and youth.

I recently graduated from university with a 2:1 in Childhood and Youth studies. 

I am motivated and eager to progress my career by collaborating with others and expanding my knowledge and experience to get the best results possible. To advance my profession, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology at Arden University.

Started as a receptionist, driving sales for the company as I became a top sales member for ongoing months, and swiftly rose to the position of supervisor. Within a year, I was promoted to Duty Manager, where I was responsible for two departments as a Party Events and Front of House manager in the leisure industry at Oxygen Freejumping at the o2 Arena. Working with the management team in managing and assisting a team of up to 30 staff members, I effectively supported the park's day-to-day operations. I have motivated others through training programmes, resources, and strategies that have been implemented to meet day-to-day operations.

Working as an assistant manager at Lakeside, Flipout trampoline park, I increased my experience. I trained team members on service delivery in order to improve their talents, confidence, and work qualities. I managed the team members to better sales and promotions while developing a respected, solid, and light-hearted workplace by utilising clear, succinct management communication attributes and troubleshooting skills. My last temporary work as a Free now Driver Operations Executive required me to oversee the administrative procedure for new drivers and ensure they were properly onboarded. Using ingenuity, detail-oriented, organisation, and strategic planning abilities to assist the corporation in meeting monthly quoters.
