I was the Administrative officer for Odep Aluminum Products Benin City, Nigeria. A Subsidiary of Inter Radio and Midco Nig. Ltd. Odep Aluminum Products, manufactures aluminum storm doors, custom concession windows, storm windows, locksets, and installation of metal roofing sheet.

I oversee the following functions: -
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets

• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Resolve queries by employees and clients
• Update office policies as needed
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Book meeting rooms as required
