I get on with people, thus being able to work well in groups with excellent communication. I do as well, have no issues in working on my own where I can work with little supervision.
I have excellent customer service skills with a strong ability to liaise with various people. I have worked in many different roles and was fortunate enough to complete my master’s in journalism in 2009. I am creative, articulate and work well within deadlines and timeframes.

WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT JOHN LEWIS (BLAKELANDS) | MILTON KEYNES October 2024 - January 2025 My responsibilities involved packing items into John Lewis’ branded cardboard boxes with suitable packaging, sorting out packages to be delivered by the right courier, sorting out packages so they can be more effectively packed to be sent off and other miscellaneous jobs (cleaning areas, restocking workbenches). NIGHT TEAM MEMBER PRIMARK | MILTON KEYNES September 2023 – December 2023 During my time at Primark, I made sure that the shop floor was kept to brand standard, and that the displays were never empty. I folded clothes and organized items in an accessible fashion making sure the customer’s experience was streamlined when shopping. RETAIL ASSISTANT LACOSTE | BICESTER VILLAGE July 2023 – August 2023 I spent a lot of time at Lacoste problem solving and dealing with customer questions, queries and concerns. Alongside this, I ensured that the displays were upkept to the highest standard to make the shop floor look attractive. MULTI-ROLE AGENCY WORK VARIOUS | BUCKINGHAMSHIRE December 2016 – June 2023 My various roles included manual labour such as stock restoration and the transportation of warehouse goods, cleaning and hygiene upkeep services, as well as customer service responsibilities. TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT TWD RECRUITMENT | NATIONWIDE November 2022 – January 2023 I was responsible for putting up Road Safety Signage and various barricades to ensure that Road Works could safely take place. I also directed traffic and provided guidance to the general public to help them safely navigate around any road closures I was working on. MERCHENDISE REPLENISHER WAITROSE | MILTON KEYNES November 2016 – December 2016 I played a vital role in ensuring that the shelves were stocked and organized during the busy Christmas period. I also spent time engaging with customers and providing them with advice and guidance during their visit to the store. RETAIL ASSISTANT FROSTS GARDEN CENTRE | WOBURN SANDS August 2016 – November 2016 My role was adaptable during my time at Frosts Garden Centre, meaning I undertook roles such as stock management, working at the checkouts to help customers finalise their purchase, as well as using customer service skills and product knowledge to help upsell items and increase sales.
