and manufacturer's representatives.
Determined the project schedules, which included the sequence of all construction activities.
Follow the fit-out sequence organising labour and materials to deliver in accordance with
the finishing programme.
encourage sub-contractors to ensure a quality finish, organise site inductions
Snag units on a daily basis and issue snag & QA sheets to the relevant subcontractor on a daily basis.
Taking ownership from 1st fix through to completion at all times
Checking quality, signing off completed sections of work
Implemented systems to improve process efficiency and reduce the project duration.
Conducted weekly production and operations contractor meetings, which facilitated stronger communication and the ability to resolve critical issues.
