In current role as Sustainability Lead at ALIAXIS UK LTD, leads the UK delivery of the company's sustainability goals and the EMEA sustainability roadmap. Identifies and implements opportunities to reduce carbon emissions, collaborates with business units to develop projects aimed at reducing environmental impact, and supports the commercial team with data and sustainability information. Key achievements include a 3% reduction in Scope 1 carbon emissions and the successful implementation of the Cority platform for environmental data management.

Previously, as Planning and Logistics Manager at NUSPAN Pre-cast Insulated Floors,  managed and improved production processes to ensure minimal environmental impact, sourced eco-friendly materials, and maintained solid inventory control. Also planned and coordinated deliveries to ensure a sustainable supply chain and managed multiple projects with a focus on sustainable practices. Notable achievements include initiating embodied carbon calculations and implementing a sustainability-focused Risk Management strategy.

Additional experience includes roles such as Contract and Logistics Supervisor at Knights of Old Group, Transport Manager at Advanced Supply Chain, and Collection & Delivery Shift Manager at DPD Geopost. In these positions, she managed logistics operations, implemented sustainable practices, and ensured compliance with sustainability standards.
