Production
- Receive and interpret client’s brief, research into the feasibility for the planned production.
- Project planning for integrated solutions, live, video, digital, design and print projects.
- Team direction and management – control internal staff and freelance / contract personnel.
- Drive internal teams and staff while keeping control of feasibility, logistics, finances and forecasting outcome.
- Prepared pitch documentation and visuals and present ideas for the suggested solution.
- Advise clients and internal teams on technical requirements.
- Ensure quality, safety, consistency and compliancy of project.
- Provide consultancy & manage development for digital communication, identify user demographics, suitable platform, user experience, integration with social media, SEO, management of paid promotion (PPC & CPC).
