Commercial Approach

  • Excellent supplier/contractor negotiation skills. Achieving best prices without compromising quality or service and ensuring a mutual ‘win win’ agreement.

  • Ability to problem solve, keep cool while ‘fire fighting’ and devise practical effective solutions under pressure.

 

Creativity

  • Creative thinker, with a ‘hands on’ approach to marketing and digital campaigns, live productions, video & multimedia solutions. Integrating different creative disciplines to forge unique solutions.
  • Proven record of designing, conceptualise and art directing short to long term projects.

  • Apply the creative direction to projects and plant the ‘creative seed’ with my team. Drive ‘brain storming’ sessions.
  • Hands on ability with Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Sketchup, WordPress, and other creative software. A solid understanding of online solutions, social media, 3D, VR, AR & XR.
  • Brand champion, with a solid understanding of its importance and compliancy.

 

Production

  • Receive and interpret client’s brief, research into the feasibility for the planned production.
  • Project planning for integrated solutions, live, video, digital, design and print projects.
  • Team direction and management – control internal staff and freelance / contract personnel.
  • Drive internal teams and staff while keeping control of feasibility, logistics, finances and forecasting outcome.
  • Prepared pitch documentation and visuals and present ideas for the suggested solution.
  • Advise clients and internal teams on technical requirements. 
  • Ensure quality, safety, consistency and compliancy of project.
  • Provide consultancy & manage development for digital communication, identify user demographics, suitable platform, user experience, integration with social media, SEO, management of paid promotion (PPC & CPC).
