Hi, I am Garima, live in North London, am an IT enthusiast with over 20 years of work experience in Customer Relation , administration and Executive Assistant roles with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Currently, working with NHS since last 8 years as Clinical Coder and Data Summariser using health specific software for revenue generating analysis at various GP’s. I have recently achieved Microsoft AZ-900 Certification in Cloud Computing and completed bootcamp for ICT-Cloud. I would like to join apprenticeship for IT Support Apprentice role and would like to use my experience and skills towards the organisational growth. I have previously worked in different industries in IT (Cisco Partners), Education, Trading Company and Health sector and managed HR, Sales Team and Assisted Executives and Directors. When it comes to work, I am passionate and reliable individual who does assignment with full dedication, critical thinking and problem solving and a fun facts about me, I recently achieved GCSE in Sanskrit from Cambridge and able to speak in 5-6 languages.

 Analysing and coding patients’ data as per the practice protocol with EMIS to increase QOF
revenue for General Practices. Coding includes eye to details and to work independently with
specialising in this area providing service to 4 different surgeries.
11/2021 – 7/2022 Executive Assistant – Sidh Overseas Trading Limited.
 To assist in developing methods to increase business and generate sales leads.
 Extensive diary management and to manage travel bookings including travel itineraries and visa
requirements by following the bank policies and procedure.
