As an experienced Senior Utility Manager, I have successfully supported a regulated business to deliver a diverse portfolio of works mandated by the HSE. My role involved managing escalations within the reactive part of the business, ensuring seamless operations and swift resolution of issues, ensuring our stakeholders has a reliable contact to meet their requirements. 

As a key member of the senior leadership team, I collaborated with various functions to achieve commercial, customer, and stakeholder engagement goals. I supported the design and execution of critical mandated works within my network, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. This commitment to excellence ensured the best possible experience for our customers and stakeholders.

In my leadership capacity, I directly supported contract staff, managed commercial liabilities, and identified innovative solutions to enhance our operations. By leveraging funding mechanisms, I brought new and exciting innovations to life, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

HEAD OF STREETWORKS AND REINSTATEMENT                                                       

Senior manager, working within the London Network, the busiest network within the Cadent Geography, supporting various processes to deliver mandated works totalling £100m+ and deliver over 300km  of pipe replacement per year, whilst ensuring the impact of these works minimize disruption for our customers and stakeholders. As part of the London Team, I built a team of competent, skilled and driven individuals, who were able to cross flex to support other processes. My knowledge of stakeholders, strategic planning and innovation allowed me to deliver several key projects within scope, working with our contractors to ensure budgets and targets were met, whilst building strong customer satisfactions scores and relationships. I was the principal London NRSWA escalation lead for high level negotiations and legislative legal action whilst representing Cadent within various committees and groups such as London HAUC, The Transport for London Lane Rental committee and various Street works Uk working groups. Lead on Stakeholder Mapping, hot spots for customer score improvements and provided key information for customer related enquiries and resolution.
