I have a degree in Trave  and Tourism and speak French and Spanish very well.Highl  motivated and worked in administration and customer  service.Able to adapt to new IT systems and processes and can resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

 

Travelled alot and excellent telephone manner.Highly skilled in team work and working together.Confident and also have taught English to 40 nationalities.Tennis club member and enjoy playing golf and doing martial arts.

Experience

I have taught English in spain in Seville and worked in various schools.Ranging from a primary school teaching many subjects to English acadamies.Also I have worked in a hotel reception and prepared breakfasts and assisted guests with many queries and issues.

Recently I have worked  in Insurance and had to deal with customers domestic appliance problems and help them.Responding  to emails and calling customers to sort out exchanging and rearranging new appliances.

Education

BA honours degree in Travel and Tourism Management.

 

CELTA Teaching English qualification.
