George Abbey

I am a certified Professional Fitness trainer with extensive knowledge and experience. I am a health and fitness advocate who loves to help people achieve their health and fitness goals. I am also a former professional football player. I have worked with clients of all levels, from beginners to professional athletes. I have worked with clients from different backgrounds, ethnicities and religions. As part of my role, I carry out inductions, set our personal programs, run group fitness classes and carry out personal training sessions. I also give out nutrition plans to help members with weight management. My vast knowledge and experience in the fitness industry and my motivational skills is what sets me apart from the rest.

I started out as a gym instructor, carrying out gym inductions and programs. I then progressed into personal training and group fitness classes before completing my sports and conditioning program to work with professional athletes and football academy players.
