About Georgia D'Costa:

Global partnerships manager with a Bachelor of Laws degree and the Legal Practice Course. I was the 4th employee of a rapidly scaling start-up, The Founding Network, a community of high-growth start-up founders and investors across London, New York and Berlin. I developed relationships with high-growth start-up founders to understand their needs on their journey as a scaling business and identified suitable commercial partners that could help them reach their full growth potential. I drove revenue-generating partnerships and created annual programmes for leading brands to build business relationships with high-growth start-ups through our in-person and virtual events.

  • Successfully built up a community of over 1300+ high growth start-up founders.
  • I was responsible for sourcing commercial partnerships with the value of £25,000 minimum per partnership. 
  • Generated over £100,000+ of revenue in my first year and consistently met targets.
  • Influenced key stakeholders of leading brands to invest in our commercial partnership packages.
  • Hosted workshops, roundtables, pitch nights, virtual and in person, with our partners to help them build awareness in the start-up space and create business relationships with our community members. 
  • Commercial partners onboarded include Reddit, Snap Inc, Vonage, Hootsuite, Robert Walters and Cisco. 
  • Managed our existing partnerships, responsible for partnership renewal and potential upsell.
