About Georgia Versey:
I am a recent master's graduate in communication studies. My previous roles tapped into my strong skills as a problem solver and strategic thinker. I have a passion for understanding the needs of a business and finding creative solutions that can add value. I am very adaptable and hard-working, which means I can fit into a team easily. When I’m not working or studying, I am also a freelance photographer and wedding videographer which fuels my creative side.
Experience
I implemented and managed the administration process from clients requesting a quote, through to delivering and reviewing the project. This required liaising with clients, team members and stakeholders to efficiently and effortlessly deliver projects. The role traversed creating quotes, invoicing, POs, budgeting, health and safety, building spreadsheets and project management. I took on more responsibility in my most previous role in a fixed-term contract role that required me to analyse the needs of the business and successfully implement an operations system that would improve the day-to-day operation of the company.
Education
I graduated with a bachelor of arts degree, double majoring in sociology and communications. I uncovered a love for both these subjects and academic pursuits and decided to further my education by enrolling for a creative technologies master's degree, which I completed this year in communication studies. I am most proud of this accomplishment and look forward to being able to use it as a foundation to advance my career.
