Roles – with my previous positions as administrator for the last 34 years achieved within the construction industry, retail industry, import/export car industry, Oil & Petroleum Industry, medical industry also the insurance industry (motor and house)

Currently seeking a new position to further my skills and be an asset to your company. A highly organised and efficient individual who can work under pressure and work to strict deadlines - Recent achievements within my previous roles include the set-up of an entire company including the organisation and day to day running of this small company, also the set up of database systems and role outs to various stores. I have also extensive knowledge of a large variety of database systems.

• Very accurate and fast data entry skills – I am also quick at learning new skills.

• Good knowledge in all areas of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Sage 50 accounts, Sage One Payroll and HMRC online portals & VAT Returns– am able to work out database systems quick quickly on my own and am able to follow notes with much success.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, also a keen eye for detail.

• Confident telephone manner, including extensive reception cover duties.

• Attention to detail I also enjoy new tasks and will always be the first to volunteer for new ventures.

Administrator at CLDN Ports London Ltd, Intertek, Kingdom Of Leather, South Essex Insurance Broker, Corinthian Motor Policies at Lloyds, OCD Maintenance Ltd - I have acquired over 34 years of administration experience in many industries from Construction to Import/Export car industry, Insurance including Motor and House, also the Oil & Gas Industry.

Proficient in Microsoft applications - outlook, word and excel and basic knowledge of PowerPoint.

Reception experience

Extensive knowledge of a large variety of database systems including accounts systems, SAGE applications, CAR and VAN databases, online retail databases.

Problem solving with attention to detail, enjoy new challenges

Warranty knowledge within the car industry Mercedes Benz warranties.

Online HMRC applications including VAT returns/Tax returns.

Set up of a database system from the beginning through to role out to stores - within the retail sector - training of all staff - then helpdesk for problem solving and helping staff, including producing training manuals.

Overseeing a numerous amount of shared mailboxes in my various jobs/roles.

A vast knowledge of construction industry - sourcing materials for various jobs, liaising with contractors and customers to provide relevant works - booking in emergency works and reactive works - forwarding quotes and invoices to customers - overseeing mailbox and dealing with relevant queries - credit control, chasing for overdue payments and dealing with queries relating to payments - Liaison with accountant regarding accounts and sage accounting package.
